My hope is that I will be “playing live” at the Millennium Library Park at randomly picked times. During the summer and warmer weather.
The second possible venue will be in the SkyWalk between the Millennium Library and the Canada Post Building.
My current wonderings is whether to amplify myself with a microphone and an amplifier, or to just keep it quieter. I’m learning things like : If there is distractions, I work better. ( Just like music class, I end up concentrating on my own work more. ) That $7CDN has more value than $7CDN, as a wage – for first time out. That if I am elevated among people, for whatever reasons, must I be wealthy as well?
So, if these venues are unwise, or any other misgivings, please don’t hesitate to email me or leave a comment below. It’s always nice to know that you will be doing something stupid, ahead of time. It’s just kind and courteous. Honestly, sometimes, I get a great idea, and I do not know whether it is a good idea or not. Hence, feedback is nice.
Advice for people in the public eye ( because someday, I want to teach ) : Being on the worst dressed list, on the red carpet at the Golden Globes? Still garners press attention, and a reaction. ie: “Bad” publicity, is still publicity. That’s how it all starts, for most.
